Standardize field support team to provide highest level of support to the Business Sales Teams in the areas of reporting, channel project coordination and communications, contract management, budget analysis, and quota and performance management. Requires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership. *Standardize Divisional support and procedures in areas including project/program management and approval process, Contract management, build expenditures and ad hoc reporting for the Regional Sales team. Liaison between Field Service Center and Divisional & Regional sales teams. Assist field with getting answers for operational questions and issues impacting sales and partner relationships. *Examine the contract database to track contract expirations, shortfalls, commitment levels, and all amendments and side letters. Responsible for Divisional tracking and reviewing all contracts needing Director or VP signature. Track and manage SLAGs on turnaround times. Provide routine status reports, project reports, and any other periodic review materials, as required. *Coordinate Channel/Divisional projects that require reporting, financial exposure and consolidation (spiff programs, partner events, divisional meetings, data and information validation). Uphold channel/division operational standards and ensure communication to each sales group.*Responsible for budget analysis and management, including tracking expenses to budget and reporting on expenditures by Region. *Manage the process for setting quotas, ACS resolution, and headcount analysis for Division & Regional sales teams as well as tracking performance results.
