Machine Operator 3rd Shift - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is currently seeking Machine Operators for our automotive plant in Clinton, TN. Successful candidates will have experience working in a manufacturing setting.

Job Description:

Expeditors will drive forklifts, move materials and perform general shipping procedures. Expereince on a clamp style forklift is a plus.

Machine Operators will run production machinery. Rolls of material are loaded onto the inspection machine and the inspector visually inspects the material for defects as the material rolls out and makes another roll.

Inspectors When defects are spotted the inspector puts a label in the area of the defect so they seat manufacturer will cut the area out before making the cut for the seat.
Some strenuous pulling and straining will be required while loading and unloading rolls onto inspection machine. Employees will stand for 8-10 hours per day up to 7 days per week.

Starting pay will start at a range of $9.00-$9.50/hour depending on shift and has the potential to increase to over 12.00/hour after 12 months with good performance. These are full times positions with the opportunity to go permanent after 640 hours worked.

Minimum Requirements:
1). High school diploma or GED required
2). 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shift
3). Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test
