Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.
- Must have 1 or more years experience.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.

Wage: $11.50 - 12.25

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for assisting with the overall operations of the store, in conjunction with assigned daily tasks, under the supervision of the Store Manager. The Assistant Store Manager will assist in the hiring, training, scheduling, and development of all Store Associates.
Responsibilities:
* Ensures the business operations runs smoothly
* Keeping on track to meet the monthly budgets and sales targets
* Providing training of new hires
* Providing excellent customer service
* Ability to resolve customer service issues
* Visual Merchandising
* Inventory Control
* Perform opening and closing procedures
* Manage people effectively
* Adhere to all beeline policies and procedures
* Ability to maintain a fun, professional, and friendly environment with associates and customers
* Provide leadership and direction to store associates as needed
* Implementing Planograms
* Staff motivation
* Complete required paperwork and banking procedures accurately
* Other duties assigned
Qualifications:
* At least 1 year fashion retail management experience
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Strong communications skills (written & verbal)
* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Basic Math Skills ( ie: ability to add, subtract, divide, and multiply)
* Observation Skills (ie: being able to assess employees and customer behavior & store awareness)
