Position Overview:
We are seeking an entry level analytical and versatile individual who can work in a startup environment with the ability to effectively gather, analyze and manage data entry for our clients and partners.
The position is responsible for oversight of customer turn-up activities for our self-help and managed digital marketing solution for small businesses.
This includes email and web-based interactions with automated reports and perform tasks assigned by a direct supervisor or by the automated reports. The ideal candidate can quickly grasp new technologies and concepts in an unstructured, fast-paced work environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for assuring clientâa, a¢s data is captured, entered, edited onto the system in a timely manner and efficiently.
Work cross functionally with other internal departments (software engineer, operations and supervisor) to make sure clients issues are resolved efficiently.
Be able to research and report on a variety of client issues, including verification of record, complaints, and recommend solutions
Prioritize work effectively in order to meet all client commitments daily
Work overtime when needed to meet critical deadlines and client SLAs
Complete other tasks as needed, such as generating reports or contributing to team projects
Skills and Educational Requirements:
Education & Certifications:
Bachelors degree preferred, some college required
Skills, Knowledge & Attributes:
Communication
o Outstanding written communication and verbal skills
o Effective and timely intra-team communication with peers and supervisors
Problem Solving
o Spots hidden problems and possesses effective analytical skills
o Looks beyond symptoms âa, aEUR?works to determine root/cause of problem
o Uses applied knowledge, available evidence, logical means and processes to investigate and resolve problems with a high degree of accuracy
Time Management
o Able to effectively plan dayâa, a¢s activities and tasks
o Demonstrates independent thinking to prioritize dayâa, a¢s tasks to meet objectives
o Demonstrates consistency in completing daily goals and objectives
Technical competency
Experienced with major Internet applications and services such as Yelp, Google Maps, Facebook, Siri and etc.
Experience with leveraging web browser plug-ins to optimize or perform certain tasks faster
