Our customer is seeking an Accounting Assistant with outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills. This position offers with a competitive salary and an excellent benefits/ 401K package!
Our ideal candidate is a team player with:

1 -- 2 years of bookkeeping and administrative experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Management

Experience with bookkeeping

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point).

Outstanding communication and organizational skills.

Extremely punctual and reliable


In this role your responsibilities would:

Provide support for in-house architect by answering phones, keeping calendar, and coordinating meetings.

Provide support for Controller and his assistant with bookkeeping, preparing invoices for approval, and speaking with vendors.

Provide support for leasing agent by depositing checks and entering deposits in Skyline accounting system, typing lease renewals, and preparing schedules.

Complete invoicing, budget processing, and processing expense reports.

Provide coverage for the reception desk and coverage during lunch hour two days per week and on other occasions, managing office supplies and machines.

Process payroll reporting, record keeping, petty cash reconciliation.
