2 years minimum of customer interaction experience is required
-Enjoy working in a fast paced and goal-oriented environment
-Persuasive communication style
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Outstanding time management and organizational skills
-Ability to recall information, policy and procedures quickly and efficiently
-Ability to think creatively and provide out of the box solutions
-Proficient keyboarding skills
-Proficiency in using a Windows-based PC
