DailyJob Duties
-Taking inbound calls from potential new customers and providing information/answering questions about the product with the goal of closing the sale with the customer. (these customers are calling in due to radio ads being run round the clock about the product)
-The sales agent will be using SalesForce to enter in customer information, leads, call activities and so forth
-The sales agent will keep an on-going pipeline of customers, prospects and leads documented
-If customers do not want to buy on the first call, the agent will follow up with them for a period of 90 days
