Inspector Packer

Specific Duties:
Starts machinery and observes operation to detect malfunctions.
Prepares cartons for product by manually assembling, forming, taping and labeling boxes.
Feeds product to conveyors, hoppers and unloads packaged product.
Ensures that product being manufactured meets quality control standards.
Performs visual inspections of products.
Inspects filled containers to ensure that product is packaged according to customer specifications.
Constantly move and/or lift up to 40 lbs while manually transporting finished product to staging area for removal to the warehouse.
Manually transports finished product to staging area for removal to the warehouse.
Responsible for area safety, maintaining general housekeeping duties and notifying supervision when safety concerns are encountered.

Test JD: Someone who has 6 months of packing experience is a must. Manufacturing experience is a must. Candidates must understand the manufacturing cycle of business.

-Must be open to a flexible rotating schedule

-Must have experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment inspecting and packing product
