Trainger

Looking to hire a trainer for a 3 month assisgnment. This individual will take work instructions for 20 positiions, within these 20 positions the trainer will work with the managers to figur out critical pieces of role. The managers will take this information to their teams to see how they are handling the daily requirements of the job. The trainer will create a 10 key point test in Microsoft Word for each employee to take on their position. The role will use IQ9000 (access based software) for the training. Will work with New Mexico office through visual training. No travel required. Learn each function of the job to teach to employee's.
