Recruiter (Entry Level Sales)

Aerotek Inc. is currently accepting applications for the Entry Level Recruiter into Sales position in City of Inustry, CA. This position offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commission, as well as, comprehensive benefits package and 401k.

Job Summary:
The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, interviewing, screening and presenting qualified candidates for contract and permanent positions with Aerotek's clients. The Recruiter strives to enhance Aerotek's reputation for providing the right candidate the first time and will be responsible for ensuring that only those candidates who are the perfect fit for a particular requirement are submitted to a client. This is an entry level role into Sales, must want sales!

Essential Functions:

• Identify qualified candidates by developing and implementing various, creative recruiting tactics
• Conduct candidate screening (to include interviews, reference checks, skills verification, etc.)
• Conduct job specific interviews, present and sell opportunity to candidate; evaluate and assess candidates qualifications; and make hiring recommendations to clients based on who is the perfect fit
• Negotiate wage rates with candidates
• Assist candidates with drafting resumes and preparing for interviews with clients based on specific knowledge of the client and the position
• Communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive and diverse environment
• Communicate with peers by sharing Recruiting best practices and providing accurate, thorough documentation on contract employees in applicant tracking systems or other documentation tools
• Maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain industry knowledge, identify candidate referrals and to create future business opportunities by obtaining sales leads

Minimum Education/Experience/Abilities/Skills:

• Bachelors' degree
• Customer service
• Business acumen
• Computer skills / MS Office suite
