Bankruptcy Specialist 3

Responsible for a group of high level risk bankrupt accounts and applying bankruptcy code requirements to those accounts. May be responsible for high level account analysis based on bankruptcy code and general collection law requirements. May assign accounts for foreclosure, repossession and/or debtors where permissible. May work directly with court personnel. May work directly with Legal department. May file appropriate documents and forms directly with the courts. May work or represent the department on special projects. May provide direction to less experienced staff including specialists and assistants.

*2+ years bankruptcy experience; or 3+ years bankruptcy experience with less mortgage or banking experience.
*Experience with all facets of Bankruptcy including but not limited to proof of claim, case monitoring, escrows, payment history, or motion for relief/release.
*Experience successfully managing a pipeline.
*Must be good with numbers. Using a "waddle tool" to pull lots of data and need to be able to balance these payments.
*Preferred knowledge of all bankruptcy chapters
*Experience partnering with external and internal business partner
*Experience using MSP, SharePoint
