Summary: To provide support to the sales team for all new, existing and prospective accounts. To assist and support the Sales Support Manager with administrative duties and follow-up activities.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Enter all new accounts, customer quotes and write up machine agreements for assigned Sales Reps.
  • Ensure that all leases, attachments and sales related information is provided with installations.
  • Support assigned Sales Reps by providing product sales analysis, fax order forms, quotes, product credits, custom contracts, data/quote changes, sending samples, researching account problems, writing up pick ups and miscellaneous monthly reports.
  • Sales Letters, Proposals, Bids and Powerpoint presentations
  • Send out Welcome Letters and Packages.
  • Other related duties assigned by the Sales Support Manager

 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MS Word, Excel, Outlook Express (e-mail) Excellent Computer Skills required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle work accurately
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, multi task and interact with all levels of management and support staff

 

 EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

 

  • Minimum 3 years proven work related experience
  • Associate or Bachelors Degree
