Our customer is seeking experienced highly motivated and organized Human Resource Generalists with prior benefit administration and ADP multi-state payroll processing experience.
The HR Generalist adheres to the administration of company policies and procedures while assisting employees. Maintains Human Resource Information System (HRIS) with uncompromising commitment to data accuracy and customer service.

Candidate needs to have superb verbal and written communication skills, be very organized, experience in Word, Excel and Outlook and be able to work well with a diversified work force in multiple states.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Back-up to process bi-weekly payroll using ADP software systems
  • Knowledge of ADP software is A MUST
  • Manage and communicate benefits eligibility
  • Serve as a central customer service contact for HR related questions
  • Serve as a contact ensuring HRIS is current and accurate including ongoing data maintenance and regular report preparation
  • Ad-hoc projects as assigned

HR Side:
There will also be HR Generalist responsibilities as this position falls under HR. Must know basic benefits, what an I-9 is, file maintenance, plus if they know HRIS for forklift certifications, they may help out on new hire paperwork.

Payroll side:
Payroll is done for the whole US Subsidiary, so multi state payroll, must have worked with Paid Time off and calculating that for payroll. Payroll is 300 people plus, and will be doing multistate payroll.
