JOB DESCRIPTION
Room Attendant/Housekeeper Summary:
Assures highest possible level of guest satisfaction. Responsible for the cleanliness of guest units as well as the cleanliness of common areas as assigned. Works efficiently and presents a friendly atmosphere for guest service & satisfaction.
* Demonstrates and promotes a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests and employees.
* Cleans assigned guest rooms in accordance with Company standards to ensure the highest level of cleanliness. Also ensures public areas are clean.
* Stocks and maintains Housekeeping carts and storage rooms.
* Reports maintenance issues to General Manager immediately.
* Offers guest assistance when needed whenever possible.
* Other duties may be assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Recent (within twelve months) hotel/motel housekeeping experience required
* Motivated, Driven, Energetic Candidates, slackers need not apply
* Professional mannerism and ability to work in a team environment
* Stand/Walk for an extended period of time
