Some of the duties involved:
* Managing labor, personnel, hours, costs, schedules, and ensuring compliance by such persons with health and safety regulations.
* Managing food costs including purchasing, inventory control, waste control and any other factor that affects the costs of production in the back end.
* Cleanliness and organization of the back of house.
* Quality, freshness and appearance of food for service. Expediting during busy times.
* Cross-Training all back of house personnel
* Ensuring proper cooking techniques across the board to maintain top quality of our product.
* Supervision of BOH
