About this job
We are looking for servers, hosts, and bartenders. A great attitude and personality are required; experience in restaurants is not necessarily required.
We are open from 11 AM to 11 PM every day and are flexible with scheduling. The restaurant is locally owned and the owners work on a regular basis in the restaurant. Staff turnover is very low but we are approaching the Summer season when the restaurant is busiest and we need front of house employees. Hosts make minimum wage plus tips (12% of our business is to-go and most guests tip on to-go orders). Servers and bartenders make minimum wage plus tips and the average tip percentage is over 20%!
The restaurant and staff are fun, there is often free food for employees, we feature great and fresh food, local drinks (wine, beer, spirits, and tea), and despite being associated with a worldwide chain we are very much a family restaurant.
We are looking for some seasonal employees but would love long term employees.
