REM Central Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Program Coordinator in Fergus Falls. This position requires assistance with crisis care and employee support during non-scheduled hours. The Program Coordinator is a full time position and starts at $13.00 an hour.

This position is required to work evenings and e/o weekend. Including direct care shifts.

Program Coordinators are a critical link to the community for those we serve, as well as serving as a bridge between our direct care and clinical staff to ensure the seamless delivery of services to the individuals we support.

REM Central Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Program Coordinator to provide assistance to people with developmental disabilities and severe/persistent mental illness in a community-based setting. Program Coordinators facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in a range of administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling and oversight.

In addition, Program Coordinators will provide support individuals to live independently in the community.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year of full time work related experience providing services to people with severe and persistent mental illness
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing
  • Car registration and vehicle insurance if providing transportation for individuals receiving services
  • Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks
  • Supervisory experience preferred
