Restaurant Management Corporation is a family owned franchise that owns and operates 25 locations throughout the Northwest Indiana and Chicagoland area. The organization has been in the McDonald’s business for close to 50 years and takes pride in the quality of our operations, our people and our facilities
Management positions require a minimum of six months experience in a management position and prior work experience in the quick service industry. Prior McDonald’s experience a plus. Excellent communication and interaction skills are a must, as well as organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work in a variety of situations is required. Managers must be willing to transfer to different locations if needed.
Quick service management experience helpful and/or required.
