About this job
Our client is seeking one Junior Instructional Systems Designer to join their team at their Pensacola, FLlocation on an open-ended contract, minimum 6 months. Candidate will be responsible for creating and producing training curriculum and documents for their Real Estate Lending Divisions. Candidate may also have to teach the occasional class but not on the regular. Ideal candidate would have at least one year of ISD experience in either a Training, DOD, or Education setting. Their project turnaround time can range from one day to three months depending on the project so candidates need to be flexible with deadline coordination.
Responsibilities:
-Develops the most suitable courses, teaching methods and instructions to deliver efficient, engaging and cost-effective learning outcomes
-Works with subject matter experts to plan and design courses and curricula
-Establishes learning objectives
-Selects most effective instructional approach including a blend of instructor-led and/or self-directed techniques
-Creates dynamic course content using current client technologies

Required Experience:
-1+ Years of Instructional Design Experience
-1+ Years of ISD experience using PowerPoint
-Experience developing Instructor Lead programs
-Experience working in teams where they had to coordinate information from Trainers, SMEs, and Management
Preferred Experience:
-Bachelor's Degree (do not need degree, experience is more important)
-Experience not only creating the curriculum but also teaching the curriculum
-Experience with any of the following technologies: Captivate, Lectora, Flash, Adobe Photoshop, Illistrator
-Experience developing eLearning programs��
