Must have experience in supervisory role and be able to successfully lead a team in providing superior guest service, increasing sales, and providing assistance to the staff and guests. Will further be required to have the team meet sales goals.
A manager of the store will assist the owner in keeping up-to-date and being creative with Social Media, manage day to day activities of the store such as retail management, ordering, scheduling, ensuring the store/ franchise policies and expectations are being met. Further requirements will be to assist in community awareness, marketing outside of the store, assisting in creating and implementing marketing campaigns, and scheduling.
Must be a thoughtful, well spoken individual who is charismatic, driven, and inventive. You will be asked to be efficient, self-motivated, and be able to resolve issues quickly.
