Field Technician
The position that allows you to manage your own daily schedule and client relationships. Leads and jobs are provided for you, with clients who are looking for immediate solutions and who are already motivated to have repairs and exclusion work.
Each team member is supported by the in-office staff, outside team leader.
Our company helps people resolve conflicts with nuisance wildlife. Duties include communicating with and meeting new clients, evaluating problems and developing strategies for resolution, selling clients necessary services to accomplish resolution, providing support services and follow through for clients until problems are resolved. We provide solutions that are safe for our clients, their families.
A successful candidate has excellent communication and time management skills, is self motivated, enthusiastic, possesses strategic problem solving skills, has a strong desire to succeed, and will also:

aEUR¢ Not be afraid of heights or confined spaces

aEUR¢ Be able to pass a criminal background check
aEUR¢ Able to pull some on call weekends
aEUR¢ Must be able to obtain the following licenses by the end of your training period: nuisance wildlife damage control license.
