Culver’s of Middleton is looking for Crew Members who thrive in a fast paced environment and understand the importance of delivering service with a smile. As a part of the Culver's True Blue Crew, you will help provide a great experience for our guests. Whether grilling a delicious ButterBurger, scooping the perfect sundae or delivering a guest's order with a smile, you will play a key role in fulfilling our mission that "Every guest who chooses Culver's leaves happy".

Full time and Part-time positions are available now. Flexible schedules, Daytime hours (11 AM – 5 PM), Weekdays. Elevated starting pay for adults and individuals with applicable work experience, with performance based increases after 90 days. No experience necessary!

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide friendly guest service and heartfelt hospitality
• Prepare quality products while maintaining proper food safety practices, portion control and presentation within service goal times
• Demonstrate a commitment to integrity and honesty while interacting with guests, team members and managers
• Display a can-do attitude
• Follow company safety standards at all times and looks out for the safety of others
• Reports to work in a neat, clean and unwrinkled uniform
• Maintain a neat, well groomed appearance
• Are reliable and report to work on time
• Follow established restaurant practices and procedures
