The Senior Data Analyst solves analytical
problems using quantitative approaches to generate and effectively
communicate insights from data. Works independently to access
information from appropriate tools and databases to perform analysis
tasks and takes initiative to identify and perform additional pertinent
research and analyses in support of department and management
objectives.



Primary Responsibilities:





  • Uses
    organizational research tools to monitor the external environment, both
    proactively and upon request, and identifying relevant dynamics with potential
    to impact contact center operations.
  • Interfaces
    with customers in consulting/expert capacity to translate business needs into
    reporting and analysis deliverables.
  • Develops
    sophisticated data analyses, inclusive of data preparation, data processing, quantitative
    data analysis, and advanced visualization techniques.
  • Employs
    leading edge technology to mine customer interactions, e.g. recorded
    conversations and social media activity, and incorporates findings into
    analysis deliverables.
  • Drives
    organizational data integrity by employing data governance frameworks and
    consulting on defining data elements and data governance processes.
  • Supports
    management in the production of strategic communications and documents (e.g.
    monthly and quarterly client reports, client presentations) through the
    effective use of visuals and clear, cohesive messaging.
  • You must be an effective
    self-starter with a can-do attitude who takes ownership and accountability
    for project deliverables with a demonstrated ability to multi-task.
  • You must
    be able to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, throughout
    various levels of the organization and have proven analytical and critical
    thinking skills.



Requirements

Required Qualifications:


  • 5+
    years of Data Analysis experience, i.e. qualitative, predictive, and
    prescriptive statistics, in a Business environment or equivalent.
  • 3+ years
    of experience using SAS, SQL, or similar data manipulation experience.
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.


Preferred Qualifications: 




  • Healthcare,
    Insurance, or Market Research industry experience.
  • Strong
    leadership skills with ability to supervise and/or mentor staff.
