Primary Responsibilities:
- Uses
organizational research tools to monitor the external environment, both
proactively and upon request. - Interfaces
with customers in consulting capacity to translate business needs into
reporting and analysis deliverables. - Develops data analyses, inclusive of data preparation, data processing, quantitative
data analysis. - Supports
management in the production of strategic communications and documents (e.g.
monthly and quarterly client reports, client presentations) - You must be an effective
self-starter with a can-do attitude who takes ownership and accountability
for project deliverables with a demonstrated ability to multi-task. - You must
be able to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing.
Requirements
Required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher)
in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or related field. - 3+
years of Data Analysis experience, i.e. qualitative, predictive, and
prescriptive statistics, in a business environment or equivalent. - 3+
years of experience processing and merging large datasets and querying databases using SQL, or a tool. - Analytical and Critical thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using SAS, SPSS, R or similar data mining tool
- Experience with Voice Analytics and Social Media Mining.
