3rd Shift Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Remedy Intelligent Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to serve as an after hours (3rd Shift) answering service. If your schedule requires an overnight shift and you're looking to stay in the Customer Service industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you to work for a great company on the West side of Madison. Job Duties:

• Answer inbound calls using multi-line phone system.
• Record calls and enter notes into computer system.
• Accurately and quickly document call information.
• Maintain professional and friendly demeanor to callers.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years experience in a call center.
• Ability to work 3rd shift.
• Must be able to spell correctly and type quickly and accurately
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Friendly personality.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
