Crew Member Position Summary:

Crew Members provide guests with outstanding, friendly and “spunky” service in an efficient manner.

TECHNICAL SKILLS/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CERTIFICATIONS:

• Basic knowledge of POS systems
• Ability to read company materials (ie. Training materials, charts, recipes etc.)
• Complete California Tortilla training program and pass position quizzes
• Proven customer skills – demonstrate an outgoing and genuine personality
• Complete position checklists

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bend, stoop, and reach to stock shelves, serve customers and clean store
• Stand and walk on hard floors for 8 hours per day
• Quickly identify safety placards (ie. wet floor sign) and hazardous situations to avoid or minimize injuries and property damage.
• Identify food quality through taste, texture, color and odor
