Our Warehouse Associates have the responsibility of providing complete customer satisfaction through their focus on quality, efficiency and accuracy in picking, packing and shipping orders to our customers through the U.S. and Canada.
Essential functions and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Processing customer orders by picking product, checking orders for accuracy, packing, shipping and loading.
* Duties could also include stocking, inventory control or processing returned goods.
* Keep work environment and warehouse clean and free of debris.
* Be an active participant in continuous improvement activities.
Really Good Stuff benefits include health insurance, ten paid holidays, paid vacations and a great team oriented working environment. Typical work schedules are Mon-Fri. Seasonal overtime will be required as well as flexibility in scheduling.
Qualifications:
* Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform work quickly and accurately.
* Ability to operate material handling equipment (fork trucks, pallet jacks)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on the task at hand.
* Thrive in a team-oriented work environment.
* Flexible to work overtime as needed.
* Be an active participant in continuous improvement activities.
* Strong organizational, time management and communication skills.
* Ability to adhere to all company policies and procedures.
* Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Knowledge & Education: General warehouse procedures and skills. Read, understand and utilize both RF scanners and computers. A high school graduate with some experience preferred. Limited knowledge of Microsoft Office is required; exposure to an AS400 is a plus. Basic mathematical skills and the ability to read English are required.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions: The essential functions of this job require the employee to perform the following physical activities: The ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. The ability to access all areas of the facility. Noise level for this environment is moderate
