Job Description

Performs the duties of a Server or Bartender as outlined in the job descriptions for those jobs.
 

Assists in the orienting, training and development of personnel as directed.
 Provides input to the review and evaluation of the performance of personnel.
 Responds to questions from staff.
 Provides input on disciplinary issues when appropriate.
 Schedules associates as directed.
 Directs the efforts of assigned personnel.
 Open and closes the restaurant or bar as directed. Increases the level of guest satisfaction by delivering an improved product through associate development, high quality
products and professional service.
 Assists in the management and control of department costs.
 Does whatever it takes to create OUTRAGEOUS GUEST SERVICE
