Senior Financial Analyst

Job Description:

As the Senior Financial Analyst you will report to the CFO. As the Senior Financial Analyst you be tasked with the following daily but not limited to:

Prepare cost estimates of new products for establishing selling prices and production forecasts

Responsible for routine compilation of costs for inventory accountability, distribution of labor, verification of actual costs, and computation of variances

Calculate burden rates, set up expense budgets for manufacturing and service departments

Check and clear data on labor and materials cost burden and expense items, inventory, and profit and loss adjustments

Devise, install, or control systems for determining unit cost of products of services

Draw charts and graphs using computer spreadsheets to illustrate sales and cost trends

Interpret data on price, yield, stability, future investment-risk trends, economic influences, and other factors affecting investment programs

Report capital spending and ROI analysis on capital projects

Monitor fundamental economic, industrial, and corporate developments by analyzing information from financial publications and services, investment banking firms, government agencies, trade publications, and company sources

Present oral or written reports

Senior Financial Analyst

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or Business

3-5 years’ experience in an Accounting role

Advanced experience in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point

Experience with ERP

Food manufacturing experience a huge plus
