We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Maintenance II.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
Looking for a go-to maintenance worker with great plumbing skills for a lovely facility in Pacific Grove.
Summary:
Does routine maintenance and repairs; responsible for painting, carpentry, electrical, and water systems monitoring.
Requirements:
Must pass a Live Scan upon job offer. (Will be reimbursed for cost.)
Duties:
Performs painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical mechanical repairs as required.
Performs general maintenance tasks throughout building and grounds as directed.
Complete rounds walking to all mechanical rooms, recording readings, and a visual inspection of mechanical room.
Changes light bulbs and smoke detector batteries.
Provides on-call emergency maintenance coverage for department during off-duty hours as scheduled.
Assists Housekeeping Department with moving residents' property, cleaning apartments and other related tasks as directed.
