This position requires an individual who has some culinary experience working on a restaurant line and who has the ability to clearly communicate and expedite a culinary line. This is a great position for an individual who wants to learn more about culinary management operations in a busy restaurant.

This is a Spring and Summer only position from April to August. We will work around school schedules for spring break than move into a more full time schedule over the summer

Refined verbal communication skills.

2 years of previous line experience preferred.

Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.

Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.

Ability to stand for long periods of time.
