We are looking for an Recruiter to join a company on their University Recruiting Team located in Redmond, WA. Interested candidates should either apply to the job posting or email their resume.
Primary responsibilities:
- Candidate generation - develop candidate attraction and sourcing strategies by effectively marketing company opportunities, developing key relationships with students, faculty, and administration, and by utilizing headhunting strategies, such as LinkedIn to identify and attract the top talent from our target universities
- Candidate evaluation and placement - efficiently evaluate technical talent including consulting, IT and software experience
- Sell candidates on specific roles and business groups that match their interests and skills
- Partnerships/Training - coach business group partners on a variety of recruiting activities including on-campus interviewing
- Strategy development - responsible for shaping recruiting strategies for own school sets as well as contributing to strategy development on regional and national level.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree and 2-4 years equivalent work experience. Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, critical thinking and interviewing skills are required.
- Ability to effectively manage high volume and ability to evaluate ambiguous situations is required.
