The FP&A Analyst supports the FP&A Director and Field Operations Finance Vice President in all aspects of financial planning and performance management for Total PBC US.
Key Accountabilities:
Support Period forecast consolidation for Pepsi Beverages bottling and concentrate businesses and prepare deck materials for senior management review
Support forecast development, including commodity outlook and finished goods
Responsible for Period Close management reports and Weekly sales outlook reports
Develop and maintain financial models to support the Strategic Business Plan, Annual Operating Plan, and periodic forecast
Support director in preparation of quarterly and annual business analysis templates for corporate and external reporting
Provides support to Accounting Team on quarterly deliverables to Corporate
Education/Certification:
Bachelor's Degree Required (Finance or Business Administration preferred)
Work Experience:
2 - 4 years of finance analyst experience
Skills & Capabilities :
Experience with forecasting and budgeting
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes
Ability to function well in a team environment
Strong communication skills to manage information gathering requests
Results oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications
Aptitude to work with minimal supervision
