About this job
DialAmerica is seeking candidates for our team of motivated call-center representatives for our inside sales teams. With NO COLD CALLING, we speak only to existing customers about products they are already familiar with. It's a sales position with a customer service feel to it!
We are currently interviewing for first and second shift schedules. Whether you are an early bird or are looking for a later start to your day, with the possibility to work up to 9pm, this may be the opportunity for you!
Conveniently located in Northern New Jersey, DialAmerica Mahwah provides customer relationship management to Fortune 500 clients. We offer flexible schedules, paid training, and dedicated one-on-one coaching.
- Sales experience is a plus
- An outgoing & confident personality
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Able to quickly navigate multiple computer windows while engaging the customer.
- Must be able to work a minimum 4 hour shift on one of the weekend days.
