Job Description Contract Recruiter to help with Increased Volume for client Candidate will be focused on Retirement Actuaries Candidate Ideally to sit in Boston/Norwood office Candidate needs to be strong at sourcing, but will also manage full life cycle recruitment. For 20+ requests (depending on volume) Bachelor's Degree Required Taleo Experience Helpful We are seeking a full-cycle Contract Recruiter to proactively search passive talent and develop sourcing strategies for maintaining a pipeline of candidates for our Line of Business. This individual will be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner team and will be instrumental in providing qualified candidates to fill recruiting needs by implementing targeted sourcing initiatives, leveraging social networking and other recruitment tools with sense of urgency, helping to enhance the hiring manager and candidate experience. Additional Responsibilities: * Efficient and effective use of recruiting strategies and techniques to source for various positions utilizing social networking, applicant tracking system, cold calling, internet searches and professional networks * Conduct engagement meetings in order to obtain pertinent information that will aide in fine tuning job descriptions and identifying candidate profiles though partnering with hiring managers * Provide first level screening and pre-qualifications for candidates scheduled to meet with hiring team * Develop and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates * Maintain Taleo applicant tracking database integrity to convert candidates to the appropriate status in Taleo throughout the talent acquisition process to ensure accurate reporting * Qualifications: * 7 + years full-cycle recruiting experience with responsibility for the recruiting process to include job posting, resume review, cold calling, direct sourcing, candidate interviewing, applicant tracking and new hire selection. * Consulting, Consulting or Professional Services Industry preferred. * Proven track record of partnership with key business unit stakeholders to quickly become well versed in the business, to understand and meet the business need * Advanced internet searching skills, cold calling, networking, leveraging referrals and ability to develop sourcing strategies * Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Taleo * Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple searches (high volume) and projects simultaneously while remaining effective in both a structured and ambiguous environment * Keen attention to detail, efficient and highly organized; articulate both written and verbally * Excellent negotiation and closing skills * Persuasive and tenacious, while maintaining a courteous and professional approach and attitude * Team oriented with a high sense of urgency and motivation; problem solver and able to work independently * Calm under pressure while acting with integrity * Able to take direction and learn quickly * Proficient in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word), LinkedIn Recruiter License.
