Responsibilities:
The Senior Sales Executive, Retail & Consumer will be responsible for pursuit of sales within a specific industry vertical in the Industrials, Retail and Hospitality business unit. The duties and responsibilities for this role will include:
Responsible for growing revenue through industry specific sales pursuits and develop client relationships at the C level
Manage and drive RFP solutions to closure
Identify opportunities for incremental and new business; selling across the entire portfolio of Xerox Services while focused in the Retail and Consumer Goods industry
Engage product marketing and solutions experts to refine service offerings for specific market segments
Lead multi-tower, portfolio opportunities
Create and initiate enhancements to the sales and marketing operation
Establish goals, analyze growth and provide accurate, complete, and timely submission of required progress reports, forecast, quotations, budgets, and rates
Demonstrates advanced knowledge of sales and relationship management processes.
Requirements:
Consultative sales experience with a proven track record of developing deep relationships with clients while adding value to the client’s business over the long-term
Deep retail and/or consumer industry sales expertise and track record
Team player who can partner with delivery (Capabilities) organizations
Seasoned leader who is able to develop long-lasting relationships with C-level executives and key line of business contacts
Experience:
10 - 15 years of proven, high level sales experience within the HR Outsourcing, Finance & Accounting Outsourcing or Business Process Outsourcing industry
Global outsourcing solution sales experience including a portfolio of outsourcing solutions such as BPO, ITO, HRO, FAO or any other combination of outsourcing service
Skilled expert in account strategy, account planning, relationship strategy
Possesses deep retail and/or consumer industry expertise in the target client’s industry or related industries
Experience working closely with service delivery counterparts
Proven track record of significantly growing new business accounts
Proven track record of attaining and exceeding quota
Strong communication and presentation skills required
Ability to source and develop opportunities with new clients for Xerox Services
Experience working with third party advisors on new client engagements
Position is remote and can be based anywhere in the US
