A growing Mortgage company in Grand Rapids has immediate openings for Mortgage Processor's and Assistant Processor's.
These individual will be gathering information and taking each loan from pre-approval to closing. They will be working with other mortgage processors and processing assistants to verify that all loan documentation is complete and accurate. This is a 6 month contract to hire opportunity.
Major job duties include:
* Inputting proper loan information into the system for processing
* Verifying loan documents including income credit appraisal and title insurance
* Review file documentation and make sure all needed items are requested
* Order and coordinate loan documents
* Gather information to meet crucial deadlines
Job requirements and qualifications:
* Previous experience with loan processing or assisting with processing
* Strong customer service skills
* Microsoft Office skills
* Mortgage or Banking Experience
Standard work week is M-F 8:00-5:00pm. Occasional overtime may be required.
