About this job

The Staff Coordinator is expected to perform a variety of duties in the coordination of scheduling service for clients.  The Staff Coordinator is responsible for scheduling clients and CAREGivers in order to provide the highest quality service to clients.
 
Primary
 
  • Answer each incoming call in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner
  • Field new client inquires over the phone in a knowledgeable manner, enter information into computer and print out service call form
  • Coordinate CAREGiver schedules on a daily basis
  • Monitor, mediate, and log both client and CAREGiver activity and follow up on CAREGiver assignments and client service
  • Coordinate and maintain monthly client schedules in computer
  • Enter and maintain accurate client and CAREGiver records in computer
 
Secondary
 
  • Assist in maintaining a complete Client Service Schedule
  • After hours (evening and weekends) on-call on a rotating basis (extra compensation)
 
Applicant must be able to work independently.  Skills should include, ability to multi-task and problem solve, ability to function effectively in a team and must be computer literate.  Although there is very little travel required, applicant must drive and have a car.
 
Fulltime Monday – Friday; 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
Compensation Package: $36,000/year, health insurance after 3 months, 3 weeks paid time off, + bonus plan
