About this job

Office staff member for non-medical home health agency. The agency is an independently owned and operated home care agency. The candidate will be knowledgeable of the day to day operations of the agency working closely with other staff members.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the home health industry in staffing and recruitment. The candidate is expected to perform a variety of duties in the coordination of scheduling service for clients and the recruitment of perspective caregivers. You will be responsible for scheduling caregivers and clients in order to provide the highest quality service to clients with emphasis on creating extraordinary relations.

Conduct Service Inquiries and Care Consultations following the consultative sales process.

Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines.

Must present a professional appearance and demeanor.

Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner.

Ability to work occasional nights, weekends and on-call as needed.

Must have great computer skills and be proficient in Word and Excel.

Pass a fingerprint screening, drug screening and have reliable transportation.
