Subway - Johns Creek, GA
Description:
1) Ensure the store is run based on all Subway policies and procedures as well as the policies and procedures of the franchisee owner(s). Should be an expert sandwich artist.
2) Maintain a clean, hygienic and inviting ambience at the store.
3) Ensure that the service we provide to our customers remains high quality. The customers should have a pleasant experience and their orders should be delivered quickly to ensure high productivity.
4) Ensure all paperwork is done. This includes weekly inventory, temperature logs, employee schedules, week closings, deliveries etc. Each week, the paperwork should be ready and put in a packet for the owners as well as be ready for inspection by field consultant.
5) Stay current with all new windows and menu changes sent by Subway HQ or DA.
6) Ensure adequate coverage is provided on each shift.
7) Maintain food and labor costs as per targets.
8) Provide encouragement to employees. Appreciate good work and show patience.
9) Hire and train employees. Evaluate employees along with the owner and Issue warnings or terminate based on their conduct.
Work experience and educational requirements:
At least 1 year as an assistant manager, manager or district manager at Subway restaurant. Must be proficient with all Subway policies.Minimum High School diploma required.
Salary
Salary of $460 per week with an additional performance based bonus. Opportunity to move up to District manager.
