Job Overview:
This individual will be responsible for day to day operations in assisting with administrative duties such as sending out documents in a timely manner, reviewing and auditing reports prior to submittal, processing weekly payrolls with 100% accuracy, and communicating with company executives as well as various clients.

Qualifications:
- Honest and dependable
- Personable and great on the phones
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
- QuickBooks experience a plus
- Excellent basic math skills
- High level of accuracy
- Quick learner and able to perform tasks with minimal supervision
- Great communication skills; verbally and written
- Detail oriented and good organizational skills
- Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute
- Proven filing knowledge and skills
- Able to work alone in an office environment
