As a Senior Project Manager, you will be a key member of the Clinical Technology Delivery & Support team within UCS supporting our government business in C&S and M&R. In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner with key stakeholders to implement technology solutions that support business driven needs including regulatory enhancements, new business/growth and migrations. Primary Responsibilities:



  • Lead or help develop program or project scope statements, in consultation with applicable stakeholders (e.g., program/project charter, Statement of ---Work, Business Vision Document)

  • Work with resource managers to drive the identification of the skills, duration and effort required for successful project execution

  • Collect, analyze and maintain financial forecast information (e.g., labor, hardware, software), using input from applicable sources

  • Establish/apply quality objectives, criteria, standards and levels using appropriate quality management methods, with stakeholder input (e.g., key performance indicators, scope definition)

  • Develop, communicate and implement program/project risk/issue management plans and strategies (e.g., mitigation, avoidance, transfer, acceptance)

  • Responsible for the coordination and completion of technology projects including enhancements, new business and migrations across various functional areas

  • Provides subject matter expertise in various functional areas for clinical applications and tools

  • Provides expertise in project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation, and other areas based on established project management techniques

  • Creates and delivers presentations to project stakeholders and leadership that include project updates, project timeline, and expected results

  • Escalates issues timely and as appropriate

  • Collaborates with others to ensure projects are successfully implemented and that plans for successful transition to the support model are achieved

Requirements

Required Qualifications:



  • 3 or more years of project management experience

  • 3 or more years of experience in tracking, planning projects, working with large data sets and making data-driven analytical decisions

  • 2 or more years of healthcare industry experience

  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and SharePoint

  • Previous experience within the Healthcare operations industry

  • Knowledge of clinical applications/tools, which can include CareOne, ICUE and the member and provider portals

 


Preferred Qualifications:



  • PMP Certification

  • Medicare and Medicaid experience

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely to leadership

  • Previous experience and demonstrated knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid business

  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
