You're empowered to do your best by assisting with Client Implementation Projects within the Payer Market! Are you a subject matter expert in project management, business analysis and reporting, scope definition, risk identification, work flow design or data acquisition.  Assist us with operational and strategic initiatives working with Clients, business teams and operating groups as a Business Analyst/Project Manager to support and manage projects, analyze data and document requirements, investigate non-standard requests and problems, identify issues and impacts and develop solutions.   

 

Formal training in Business Analysis, Project Management and/or Six Sigma is required.  Analytic skills a must.


Positions in this function conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning. They support short and long term operational/strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. They also develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.

 

Requirements

Education and Experience


  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ year of experience in business/finance analysis.

  • Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs  (Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Visio).

  • Demonstrated process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes required.

  • Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, collaboration and analytical skills required.

  • Experience gathering, documenting and managing business requirements and utilizing industry standard tools and templates. 

  • Experience developing business context diagrams (data flows and work flows) to analyze/confirm the definition of project requirements. 

  • Working knowledge of healthcare data and data acquisition. 

  • Would prefer lean six sigma or process improvement experience. 

  • Would prefer health care experience.

  • Experience working in a highly matrixed organization.

  • Experience with or exposure to project management tools and methodologies
