We have a opening for a Manager-Customer Service Motor Service Center.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Requirements

Prioritize, schedule, delegate assignments and manage exempt and nonexempt personnel to ensure the timely and cost effective completion of all work and projects assigned to customer service. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Manage the customer service personnel and function for timely and cost effective completion of all work for the effective operation of the shop. 2.Act as technical resource to address and resolve inquiries and problems. 3.Responsible for order taking and processing, investigation and resolution of customer complaints and coordination of customer service objectives with shop operations. 4.Oversee customer and sales correspondence, the tracing of shipments, order processing, customer credits and inventories. 5.Approve special price quotations and bids. Work closely with customers to ensure satisfaction. Procure materials, parts, and services for customer orders. 6.Interpret and ensure compliance with operating policies and procedures. 7.Assist in developing short and long range goals and objectives for the Service Center. EDUCATION REQUIRED: BS degree or the equivalent experience. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: A minimum of 5 years in the motor repair or related industry is required. Experience in administration, shop operations, and/or supervision a requirement. Also requires the ability to relate well with others in a professional and knowledgeable manner and the use of Micro-Soft Office tools.
