Job title: Jr. Project Manager

Location: Haddon Heights, NJ

Job requirements:

• Construction Management related Degree
• 5+ years of experience in construction
• 2+ years of abatement/ asbestos experience (A MUST. Not much training)
• AST license
• Must have oversight construction management work experience
• API license is a plus

Job responsibilities:

• The Jr. Project Manager will be working out of the Haddon Heights office and will split time in the office and the field (50/50).
• The main job skill will be oversight of construction projects with the Project Manager.
• This candidate will have 5 years of minimum experience in construction and they must possess an AST license.
• A lot of work they do it Asbestos removal projects so Abatement is a huge part of this job. The company is swamped with work right now and looking to hire immediately.

Work environment:

• The Jr. PM will be in the office and in the field. Must be comfortable with getting dirty when needed.
• Will be out in the elements so they must be comfortable with that.
• Candidate is expected to proficient in the job description.
• Minimal training is given.
• Mostly be working in the south jersey and Philadelphia area.
• Must be willing got travel when needed.
