Our client is hiring Customer Service Agents/Call Center Associates.

Candidates will be providing reimbursement support and patient assistance services for qualifying individuals for the customer care center.


Other job duties include:

- Perform a complete investigation of insurance benefits, including information about coverage and out-of-pocket costs.

- Collaborate with patients and doctors to assist with issues related to payments, reimbursements, payment denials, and appeals.

- Benefit verificaiton and prior authorization assistance.

- Make occasional outbound calls to customers for additional information, surveys and up-selling.
