Assistant Carpet Cleaning Technician - Full-time / Part-time

ASSISTANT CARPET CLEANING TECHNICIAN

No experience necessary. Must be good with people and willing to pull your own weight.  You will become a member of a friendly group of employees that has a long history of making clients very happy. The job is never the same and never boring since you will work with different technicians each day, and our work is done at our client’s homes and businesses. Our company takes great pride in quality work and caring customer service.

ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Assistant technicians can possibly advance to a lead technician where compensation increases.  We also own a pest control business called LoveBug Pest Control in which we are looking to train a new technician.  In both instances, advancement will depend on consumer demand and your ability to be the right person for the job.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

•  Assistant Technicians - $13.00 per hour.  Employees are allowed to work overtime if needed.

•  Signing Bonus - $200.00 signing bonus which pays out in four weeks.

•  Operational Bonus - bonus opportunities available based on performance.

•  Paid vacation and some holidays.

•  Tips - although tips are never solicited, technicians sometimes receive tips on jobs which can vary from small amounts to sometimes very generous.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

•  Must be dependable and trustworthy.

•  Must be 18 years of age.

•  Must have a valid Texas driver's license and be willing to drive.

•  Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

•  Must be team oriented and have strong work ethic.
