As a Finance Senior Analyst (Global Procurement Commodity Risk Management) at PepsiCo, you will be a key Finance contact responsible for providing the financial expertise and recommendations that enable effective decision-making within the business. The Financial Senior Analyst will be the key finance contact for the Global Procuremt CRM team. The Finance Senior Analyst will provide overall support for the period end results, preparation of forecasts, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Innovation Growth or Integrated Business Plans, along with financial analysis, reporting and budgeting. Additionally, the Senior Analyst is responsible for oversight of the hedging strategies used to mitigate price risk on key commodities across all sectors (annual spend of ~$6-7Bn). This role works closely with Global Procurement leadership as well as treasury to centrally monitor compliance, launch new hedging programs, and evaluate program effectiveness.
Responsibilities include:
Ensure accurate and timely creation of management reports, executive dashboards as well as timely processing of executive approvals on new risk management strategies or temporary deviations to current strategy
Work with regional procurement teams to ensure seamless execution of risk management strategies, compliance monitoring and reporting, and related activities
Work with procurement and planning teams across all PepsiCo businesses to enhance raw material inflation and spend financial forecasting, and develop/improve other related processes
Work closely with control, procurement and IT teams on defining, developing and implementing global information systems

Bachelor's Degree Required (Finance or Business Administration preferred)
Work Experience:
4 - 5 years of experience in financial planning, treasury, banking or financial consulting
Skills & Capabilities:
Commodity management experience and knowledge of financial markets preferred
Strong analytical abilities and excellent financial modeling skills
Track record of leading projects and influencing decision makers
Comfort dealing with ambiguity and flexible managing multiple priorities
Strong interpersonal skills when working with both junior and senior personnel
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Bloomberg
Experience with forecasting and budgeting, financial modeling
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes
Ability to function well in a team environment
Strong communication skills to manage information gathering requests
Results oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications
Aptitude to work with minimal supervision
