Bookkeeper

Duties:

Monitoring Daily banking activity as it pertains to the high volume of daily deposits and transactions (reviewing debits & credits with strong attention to detail)

Extensive QuickBooks Pro experience a must. Particularly Accounts Payable / Receivable modules.

Heavy Bank and Account Reconciliation

Journal Entries

• Full cycle accounts payables
• Detailed accounts receivable duties, including billing
• Bank reconciliation
• Financial statement preparation and analysis
• Ad hoc reporting
• Administrative duties
• Customer and vendor interaction

Job Requirements

4-5 years of recent experience showing ability to perform in the above stated duties

Strong and 'recent' QuickBooks Pro experience (this is a MUST - no exceptions)

Solid Excel skills

Strong Attention to detail

Ability to work with an extremely high volume of transactions (fast paced)

Ability to hit the ground running and work independently

Willingness to commit to entire length of assignment
