Looking to hire a Full Time Assistant Manager!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Upholding our standards of excellence and hospitality
- Managing all functions on our daily checklist
- Assist with team development and training
- Upholding quality and safety
- Assist in the management of the kitchen and dining room
- Ensure a positive guest experience

Job Requirements:
In the Assistant Manager role, you must be self-motivated, positive and possess a passion for fostering a great sense of teamwork. We are seeking an experienced professional with a talent for leading and inspiring others. - Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching and driving excellence at every level
- Understanding of basic financial aspects of business operations
- Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle.
We will provide a 3 week manager certification training program with hands-on application in Falls Church, Virginia in June to prepare you for success.
